Welcome LBS333!

This is the web page (and my introdution) for my research paper, for which I looked at the Theory of Everything (TOE).

It all began with the quote that I read in our text book, Pythagoras' Trousers.

…it has now become clear that progress toward a unified theory is going to cost billions of dollars, for that is what it takes to build the accelerators unified theorists need to test their theories. In a world reeling with problems of pollution, overpopulation, starvation, land deforestation, and loss of biodiversity, we cannot avoid asking: Is it responsible to spend billions of dollars looking for a theory that, no matter how beautiful, is likely to have any application to daily human life?

That is indeed the same question that I asked myself when I began researching this topic. I will not deny that I had my own ideas, but I wanted to see what actual physicists and other evaluators had to say on the subject.
